Kmrn mencoba lagi dan alhamdulillah, berhasil...berhasil...berhasil (kaya Dora), nyanyi2 terusss ditemenin Nay.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Awal peristiwa taelaaa...sekarang Nay kan dah TK, setiap senin-kamis sey dapet jatah makan dari sekolah, kalo jumat bawa snack sendiri. Selama ini bawain Nay, cookies, nasi goreng, nasi kuning dan teman2, kepengeeeen banget bawain roti bikinan sendiri...fufufu...tapi apa dikata, mak-nya Nay trauma ma bikin roti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Akhirnya jumat malem, abis maghrib langsung nge-mikser bahan2 yang udah dibeli. Ngerjainnya pelan2, santai...Nge-mikser adonan aja mpe 1/2 lebih, hiks...takut gagal....adonan bolak balik diliatin aja.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Alhamdulllah jam 11 malem keluar dari oven (sayang ga bisa cium wanginya ney roti, lagi pilek...), langsung icip2 berdua Nay n nyanyi2 'Yay...berhasil...berhasil...'&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Resepnya dari blog mba &lt;a href="http://widyahidayat.blogspot.com/2008/02/roti-bluder.html"&gt;Widya&lt;/a&gt;, thx mba Widya :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ini dia resepnya:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Roti Bluder&lt;br /&gt;Resep: 52Resep Kue Populer Sedap&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;400gram Tepung Terigu Protein Tinggi&lt;br /&gt;100gram Tepung Terigu Protein Sedang&lt;br /&gt;1bungkus Ragi Instant (11gram)&lt;br /&gt;75gram Susu Bubuk Full Cream&lt;br /&gt;150gram gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;4butir kuning Telur&lt;br /&gt;2butir putih Telur&lt;br /&gt;25ml susu evaporated&lt;br /&gt;175ml air es&lt;br /&gt;100gram mentega&lt;br /&gt;1sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Isian &amp; Taburan:&lt;br /&gt;Meises&lt;br /&gt;Keju Parut&lt;br /&gt;Susu evaporated untuk olesan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Membuat:&lt;br /&gt;1. Campur jadi satu bahan kering (tepung, ragi, susu bubuk &amp; gula) di dalam wadah, campur sampai rata (bisa dengan mixer kecepatan paling rendah)&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan telur, susu dan air sedikit-demi sedikit sambil terus di uleni - bisa pakai mixer untuk bikin roti, sampai kalis&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan mentega dan garam, uleni lagi sampai kalis &amp; tidak robek kalo adonan dibentangkan seperti kulit martabak&lt;br /&gt;4. Bulatkan &amp; diamkan sampai mengembang selama 30 menit&lt;br /&gt;5. Kempiskan adonan untuk membuat gas nya - timbang masing 50gram - bulatkan - istirahatkan 10 menit&lt;br /&gt;6. Gilas adonan kemudian isi dengan bahan isian, tutup rapat dan bulatkan kembali, taruh dalam cetakan muffin yang diolesi mentega atau dialasi papercup. Istirahatkan kembali selama 75 menit.&lt;br /&gt;7. Olesi roti dengan susu evaporated dan taburi keju untuk yang isi keju dan meises untuk yang isi meises. Oven dengan suhu 190C selama 15 menit.&lt;br /&gt;8. Roti siap dihidangkan .....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tips2 supaya berhasil membuat roti&lt;br /&gt;Sumber: 20 resep roti unyil 'Saji'&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Penambahan garam terakhir saja, setelah bahan lain tercampur rata.&lt;br /&gt;2. Adonan roti yang dimikser jangan sampai panas, biasanya akibat gesekan baling2 mikser adonan jadi panas. Kalau ini terjadi hentikan mikser. Pengulenan bisa dilanjutkan dengan tangan&lt;br /&gt;3. Penyebab roti keriput adalah fermentasi terlalu lama atau jumlah pemakaian cairan terlalu banyak dibanding jumlah tepung&lt;br /&gt;4. Penyebab roti pucat warnanya adalah kurang gula atau api kurang panas atau pengolesan kurang tebal&lt;br /&gt;5. Penyebab roti tidak tinggi tapi melebar karena jumlah caira terlalu banyak dibandingkan tepungnya&lt;br /&gt;6. Untuk kulit aku pake resep dari NCC dan isinya pake resep dari Yasaboga&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Seneng banget waktu manggang kulitnya, wangiiiii.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan kulit Pie:&lt;br /&gt;Sumber: &lt;a href="www.ncc-indonesia.com"&gt;NCC&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;250 gr  tepung terigu, serba guna&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt  garam ---- (tidak menggunakan garam - Poppy)&lt;br /&gt;125 gr  mentega ---- (Blue band - Poppy)&lt;br /&gt;5 sdm   air es&lt;br /&gt;25 gr gula bubuk (Poppy)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan Vla :&lt;br /&gt;Sumber: Terampil Membuat Cake &amp; Pastry By: Yasaboga&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;500 cc  susu&lt;br /&gt;100 gr  gula kaster ---- (90 gr - Poppy)&lt;br /&gt;5 btr   kuning telur ---- (3 butir kuning - Poppy)&lt;br /&gt;30 gr   tepung maizena ---- (35 gr maizena - Poppy)&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm   mentega ---- (unsulted butter - Poppy)&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt   vanilli extract&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan Topping :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aneka buah, spt strawberi segar iris tipis, kiwi, anggur hijau, anggur merah, jeruk mandarin kaleng, atau buah lain spt semangka, melon yg dibentuk bulat, dan lain-lain.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan Siraman:&lt;br /&gt;Sumber: NCC&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt    agar-agar putih&lt;br /&gt;100 cc    air&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt    gula&lt;br /&gt;(didihkan ketiga bahan ini, sisihkan)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kulit:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Uleni bahan kulit hingga menjadi adonan liat, gilas tipis, cetak pada cetakan pie kecil, tusuk-tusuk bagian bawahnya dengan garpu agar pie tidak menggelembung, oven hingga matang. Lebih kurang 20 menit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vla :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cairkan tepung maizena dengan sebagian susu, campur kuning telur, aduk rata, sisihkan. &lt;br /&gt;Rebus susu dan gula hingga mendidih, masukkan campuran maizena dan kuning telur, aduk cepat, biarkan mendidih sekali lagi. Angkat. Untung dah sempet baca komen temen2 di milis jadi langsung siap2 kamera pas keluar dari oven n motret souffle-nya ga pake macem2 langsung dipindahin, itu juga dah kempes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rasa-nya enak, kejunya pas n ga maghteh (menurut aku)...Nay suka banget (kebetulan Nay suka segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan keju)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ini dia resepnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cheese Souffles&lt;br /&gt;Sumber: The Perfect Cookbook by David Herbert. Penguin Books Australia Ltd 2003.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;100g unsalted butter / mentega tawar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;½ cup plain (all-purpose) flour / tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;300ml milk / susu&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 cup grated cheddar / cheddar parut&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 Tbs / sdM freshly grated parmesan / parmesan parut&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;½ tsp Dijon mustard / mustard Dijon&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;pinch / sejumput cayenne pepper&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4 eggs / telur, separated / pisahkan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preheat the oven to 190C (375F, Gas Mark 5). Grease and lightly flour six ½-cup-capacity souffle dishes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Panaskan oven suhu 190C (375F, Gas Mark 5). Minyaki/olesi mentega dan taburkan tepung loyang souffle dengan kapasitas ½ cup sebanyak 6 buah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the flour and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Gradually add the milk and whisk continuously over medium heat until the mixture is smooth, thickens and comes to the boil. Aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lightly beat the egg yolks and add these to the cheese mixture. Mix well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kocok ringan kuning telur dan masukkan ke dalam adonan keju. Aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;With an electric mixer, whisk the egg whites in a clean bowl until firm peaks form. Fold a quarter of the whites through the cheese mixture to slacken it slightly, then gently fold through the remaining whites.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kocok putih telur menggunakan electric mixer hingga mencapai firm peak. yang kueren ituh loh....Thx mba...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Brownies Kukus a la Teh Uceu&lt;br /&gt;Source : Teh Uceu&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Telur 8 butir&lt;br /&gt;Gula Pasir 350 gr&lt;br /&gt;TBM 1 sdm&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Terigu 200 gr&lt;br /&gt;Coklat bubuk Van Houten 90 gr&lt;br /&gt;Susu kental manis 1/2 klg&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Air 200 cc&lt;br /&gt;4. Minyak 250 cc&lt;br /&gt;5. coklat meises/DCC (untuk taburan)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Membuat :&lt;br /&gt;1. Kocok telur, gula pasir dan TBM sampai putih mengembang.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan terigu, coklat bubuk dan susu kental manis.&lt;br /&gt;3. Matikan mixer, kemudian tambahkan air dan minyak kedalam adonan.&lt;br /&gt;4. Siapkan loyang ukuran 22 cm yang telah dialasi kertas roti.&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukkan ½ bagian adonan kedalam loyang dan kukus selama 15 menit.&lt;br /&gt;6. Taburi dengan coklat meises/DCC.&lt;br /&gt;7. Kemudian isi dengan ½ bagian sisa adonan. Lelehkan mentega dan cokelat masak hingga agak lumer (lumer sebagian), angkat dari api, masukkan gula pasir dan telur, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan terigu, almond bubuk, kenari cincang, essen vanilla dan rhum bakar, aduk asal rata (jangan terlalu lama).&lt;br /&gt;3. Siapkan loyang brownies uk . 15x10 cm yang sudah dioles dengan margarin dan di alasi kertas roti.&lt;br /&gt;4. Tuang adonan setengah loyang, tata cokelat kancing di atas adonan, kemudian tutup lagi dengan adonan, taburi kenari dan cokelat chip BW.&lt;br /&gt;5. Panaskan oven suhu 180°C selama 5 menit, masukkan adonan, panggang hingga matang kurleb 25 menit, angkat.&lt;br /&gt;6. Sajikan.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Tips:&lt;br /&gt;- Jika suka gurih, di tengah adonan bisa diberi taburan keju melted&lt;br /&gt;   (potong dadu)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nah ini resep aslinya:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Melted Brownies &lt;br /&gt;By: Yenni Agogo&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan : &lt;br /&gt;-150 gram gula kastor &lt;br /&gt;-100 gram terigu (aku pake segi 3) &lt;br /&gt;-100 gram mentega 100 gram DCC (kalau mau lebih nyoklat yang ditambahin gpp, sekita 125-140 gram) (boleh pakai merk apa aja : Cholatta, Tulip, Theys) &lt;br /&gt;-2 butir telur kacang almond sangrai (alternatif lain : kacang kenari , tanah) &lt;br /&gt;Vanili  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat :  &lt;br /&gt;1. Lelehkan mentega dan DCC sampai lumer, tambahkan gula aduk sampe rata masukkan telur, vanili aduk sampai tercampur rata, masukkan terigu . &lt;br /&gt;2. Terakhir masukkan  kacang yang sudah di sangrai (banyak sedikitnya tergantung selera)  &lt;br /&gt;3. Siapkan loyang brownies yang sudah dioles dengan mentega dan ditaburi terigu.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan setengah adonan terus tata coklat corveture yang bulet2 spt  kancing  diatas adonan, kemudian tutup lagi dengan adonan sisa. &lt;br /&gt;5. Jangankan di TBK, di supermarket yang suka import2 aja ga ada, duh pusing....kenapa ya Indonesia ga bikin brown sugar sendiri???Jadi kan ga susah2 nunggu barang dari luar...pusing...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Resepnya 'nyontek' dari blog-nya mba &lt;a href="http://pennylanekitchen.blogsome.com/2006/01/11/76/#more-76"&gt;Riana &lt;/a&gt;yang keren ituh...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Beneran enak...tapi buat aku masi kemanisan dikit, jadi dikurangin gulanya kalo yang ga suka manis n dipanggang mpe garing...orang rumah suka garing eh suka yang garing2 hahahaha....nyum...nyum...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Oatmeal Cookies&lt;br /&gt;Adapted by Riana from Joy of Baking&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;113 gr mentega tawar, suhu ruang&lt;br /&gt;54 gr light brown sugar&lt;br /&gt;50 gr gula pasir/kastor&lt;br /&gt;1 telur ukuran besar&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt pure vanilla extract&lt;br /&gt;140 gr tepung terigu serbaguna&lt;br /&gt;3/4 sdt soda kue&lt;br /&gt;1/4 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;130 gr Havermouth (quick cooking)&lt;br /&gt;65 gr white chocolate chips&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bikinnya:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Panaskan oven dengan suhu 180 derajat Celcius. Alasi loyang kue kering dengan parchment paper.&lt;br /&gt;Kocok mentega, gula dan garam hingga lembut (kurang lebih 2-3 menit dengan kecepatan tinggi). Tambahkan telur dan ekstrak vanilla, kocok rata. Turunkan kecepatan mikser ke kecepatan paling rendah. Masukkan tepung, soda kue dan havermouth, kocok hingga rata. Matikan mikser.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan white chocolate chips, aduk hingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;Sendokkan adonan ke atas loyang berlapis parchment paper, beri jarak masing-masing kue. Tekan sedikit adonan dalam loyang dengan bagian belakang sendok supaya pipih bentuknya.&lt;br /&gt;Panggang selama 10-14 menit, atau hingga cookies berwarna kecoklatan di bagian pinggir, tapi bagian tengahnya masih lunak. Ini akan menghasilkan cookies yang lunak dan enak dikunyah (chewy).&lt;br /&gt;Angkat loyang dari oven, letakkan loyang di atas rak, biarkan dingin kurang lebih 2 menit agar cookies cukup kokoh untuk diangkat. Angkat cookies dari loyang, dinginkan di atas rak.&lt;br /&gt;Simpan cookies dalam wadah kedap udara agar aromanya yang enak itu gak hilang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Note:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Supaya ukuran cookies seragam, usahakan jumlah adonannya sama setiap kali nyendok. Coba lihat sekeliling, ada alat apa yang bisa ngasih ukuran yang lebih akurat daripada sendok? Kalo saya, pake measurement cup yang ukuran 1/8 cup. Alat lain yang bisa dipake: sekop es krim ukuran kecil atau besar, cup kecil penakar beras (that came with the rice cooker), dll.&lt;br /&gt;Udah deh ya, jangan nanya beli parchment paper di mana. Kocok hingga kental &amp; mengembang. &lt;br /&gt;2) Masukkan tepung terigu, susu bubuk, maizena dengan cara diayak. Aduk balik dengan spatula. &lt;br /&gt;3) Cairkan butter &amp; margarin (jangan sampai mendidih supaya tidak daya ikatnya tidak rusak), angkat dari api, tambahkan susu kental manis, aduk.&lt;br /&gt;4) Tuang adonan B ke dalam adonan A, aduk balik. &lt;br /&gt;5) Bagi menjadi 2 atau 3 adonan (sesuai jumlah layer / lapis cake yang diinginkan). Tambahkan pasta sesuai selera. &lt;br /&gt;6) Tuang ke dalam loyang ukuran 22 tinggi 3-4 cm (loyang pendek). &lt;br /&gt;7) Panggang selama 18-20 menit di suhu 175 °C hingga bagian atasnya kuning ulang, kok jadinya aneh ya...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tapi suka teringat kata2 mba Asma Nadia (bukunya salah satu favoritku untuk dibaca), katanya 'semua orang bisa menulis, mulailah menulis apa saja...' hmmm...berkali-kali dicoba tp tetep aja ga bisa huaaaa...tapi ga bakalan menyerah n ga akan berhenti untuk menulis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jadi kalo nanti pas baca di blog tulisanku aneh, nah itu dia salah satu bukti kalo aku ga bakat nulis hehehehe....tapi teuteup ga aka menyerah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sama seperti bikin kue kali ya, untuk sebagian orang, membuat kue itu susah, tapi dengan dicoba berkali2 ternyata bisa juga, nah aku juga mau kaya gitu dari ga bisa nulis sampe nanti bisa nulis, nulis apa aja...tentang Nay, abi, kue2 dll...hmmm mungkin kata2 si Gustau (dr film Ratatouille---bener ga sey spellingnya???)...'Everyone can cook....'---selebihnya lupa' xixi...tapi intinya...semua orang tuh bisa masak, tapi cuma yag berani yag bisa sukses (bener lagi ga ya???), Dimilis ada info kalo Teh Uceu baru buka TBK, cihuy, langsung meluncur ke daerah Walter Monginsidi. Pelan2 menyusuri jalan Walter, takut kelewatan, maklum ,kalo kelewatan males muternya, selain rame banget kan cuma satu arah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pas sampe di Loyang, deg2an, duh sepi ney, aku tuh orangnya suka grogian kalo ketempat yang sepi, kesannya ada yang selalu ngawasin gituh (parno sendiri aja eh he). Puas liat2 di lantai satu, si embak bilang 'diatas khusus bahan2 kue n ada Teh Uceu juga'...naik aaahhh...eh beneran ketemu ma Teh Uceu, duh disambut belebihan deh trus di temenin belanja juga sambil ngobrol (grogi beneran).
